This is a humble-origin food, strongly linked to the rural environment and widely consumed by farmers, olive pickers, and harvesters, driven by necessity and hunger. <\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p> 1 kg ripe pear tomatoes<br \/>200 g telera bread or similar (from the previous day)<br \/>Artessano 1973 Extra Virgin Olive Oil Coupage<br \/>1 garlic clove<br \/>A splash of vinegar (optional)<br \/>10 g salt <\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p> 1. Wash and peel the tomatoes.<br \/>2. Chop and blend the tomatoes.<br \/>3. Add the bread, the oil (adjust as needed), the garlic, and the salt.<br \/>4. Optional \u2013 add vinegar (keep tasting).
