This Fino from Montilla-Moriles is pure bottled delicacy. A pale golden gem that shines with its own light, as clear and serene as the Andalusian sunrise.
On the nose, it reveals honesty and freshness: light aromas of live yeast, freshly picked green fruit, and a sun-drenched white wine cellar. And once you taste it, it all makes sense. Its palate is clean, fresh, and subtle… with that saline caress that speaks of the soil where it was born and an almondy finish that lingers like a gentle farewell.

Made with musts from selected grapes, which, thanks to the climatic conditions of our region, reach a high concentration of sugars that make it possible to naturally achieve an alcohol content of 15%.
The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, it is stored in vats until it undergoes dynamic aging in criaderas and soleras, in old American oak barrels.
